  • Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded.

  • Country refers to: United Kingdom.

Subscriptions, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, You agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party providers or application stores and are subject to their terms.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through Your account settings or the relevant Application Store.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. Where required by law, We will provide advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellation

You may cancel Your subscription at any time before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing cycle, and You will continue to have access to the Service until then.

Subscriptions purchased through an Application Store must be cancelled through that store’s account management tools.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

If You are a UK or EU consumer, You may be entitled to a refund under applicable consumer protection laws, including where the Service is faulty, misrepresented, or unavailable for a prolonged period.

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to their respective refund policies and must be requested directly from the relevant store.

 

Application Store Terms

If You downloaded the Application from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following applies:

  • These Terms are an agreement between You and the Company, not the Application Store.
  • The Company is solely responsible for the Application and its content.
  • The Application Store has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services.
  • In the event of a failure of the Application to conform to any applicable warranty, You may notify the Application Store, and the store may refund the purchase price (if applicable). The Application Store has no other warranty obligation.
  • The Application Store is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Application, including product liability, consumer protection, or intellectual property infringement.
  • You must comply with applicable third-party terms of service when using the Application.

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against You.

 

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The Service and all original content, features, software, designs, logos, and trademarks (excluding User Content) are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

“Wisdom-Tree” and all related names, logos, and branding are trademarks of the Company. You may not use them without prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

 

Feedback and Suggestions

If You provide feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service (“Feedback”), You agree that:

  • Feedback is provided voluntarily;
  • The Company may use, modify, or implement the Feedback without restriction;
  • No compensation, credit, or attribution is owed to You.

Providing Feedback does not create any ownership or confidentiality rights.

2. Illegal or Unlawful Activity

  • You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.

6. Inappropriate or Dangerous Content

  • You must not post sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content.
  • You must not share content that depicts or encourages self‑harm, suicide, or dangerous behaviour.
  • You must not post graphic violence or disturbing imagery.

7. Privacy Violations

  • You must not share personal information about others without their consent.
  • You must not collect or harvest data from the app, including user information.

8. Fraud or Deceptive Practices

  • You must not engage in scams, fraudulent schemes, or misleading activities.
  • You must not use the app to solicit money or financial information under false pretences.
  • You must not misuse reporting tools or submit false reports.
  • You must not attempt to manipulate moderation processes.

 

Any violation of these terms may result in corrective action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or other measures deemed necessary, including termination without refund.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites not controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

 

Termination
